Clearly defined jaw, flattish nose, thin lips, massive sideburns. Looks almost wolfish. Olive skin and once-black hair reflect Gypsy heritage. Personality: Strictly bookverse. That is to say, not as prudish as his musical counterpart, borderline agnostic, rude but dependable, and more sarcastic than self-righteous. Other: Javert smiles often. He rarely laughs. After the events of Nightshift 31, Javert has been - er - gifted, if you will, with clairvoyance. While he doesn't have full control of his power yet, bear in mind that if he makes eye contact with your character, he will be able to catch glimpses of his/her past and (if you have anything planned for your character) future. Unless, of course, your character is resistant to psychics.
